- Pickup: When you arrive at our store, head to the MCO Bar & let them know you’re here for a pickup. Please have your order confirmation email and a valid ID ready. Our staff will quickly retrieve your order and have you on your way in no time.

- Shipping Areas: We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. During checkout, you’ll be able to see the shipping options available to you and choose the one that best fits your needs.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location & USPS.

- Standard Shipping: The most economical option, ideal for those who are not in a rush to receive their products.
- Beverage Shipping: For a flat rate we will get all of your favorite beverages shipped to your door!
- Free Shipping: Excluding beverages, we offer free trackable shipping on orders $75+.

- Age Verification: Due to the nature of our products, all orders require age verification upon ordering. The recipient must be 21 years or older and provide a valid ID.

Please ensure that your state allows the shipment of these products before placing an order. We do have filters in place to restrict products to certain states but the laws are ever-changing.

For our local customers in Birmingham and the surrounding areas, we offer a convenient local delivery service. This option is perfect for those who prefer the ease of having their products delivered right to their door without the wait time associated with standard shipping.
How Does Local Delivery Work?
- Place Your Order Online: As with our other options, start by visiting our website and selecting the products you’d like to purchase. At checkout, choose the “Local Delivery” option.
- Delivery Area and Fees: Local delivery is available within a 25-mile radius of our store. A delivery fee applies, but orders over $100 qualify for free delivery.
- Your Delivery: During checkout, you’ll have the option to select delivery if you are in range. We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Those deliveries leave the store & arrive between 2:30PM & 6:30PM on a typical day but can be later on Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays. Sale Days are also VERY busy too.
- Delivery Confirmation: Once your order leaves the store, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your delivery is the next on the route you will receive an email with a tracking link & estimated time of arrival. Be sure to add [email protected] & [email protected] as a “safe sender” so you don’t miss the communication.
- Why Can’t I Get Texts?: Unfortunately due to the SHAFT Act it’s federally illegal for us to text regarding CBD, THC, Hemp or any other related products.
