The Transportation Security Administration now allows hemp derived CBD under their “What Can I Bring” portion of their policy. This new information was updated over the weekend & covers CBD products related to the 2018 Farm Bill that passed in December for checked bags as well as carry on luggage.
Previously, there was a grey area on what you can bring and what you cannot. I know our customers have talked about adding their oils & rollers to their clear bag of toiletries too and removing labels for a more discreet way of traveling.
We have not given information as to what is safe or not but we always want our customers to have happy travel experiences with their oils & hemp products. 🙂

Excerpt from the Medical Marijuana portion of tsa.gov:
Products/medications that contain hemp-derived CBD or are approved by the FDA are legal as long as it is produced within the regulations defined by the law under the Agriculture Improvement Act 2018.
