Shipping and Return Policy

While we at Magic City Organics LLC we care deeply about your health and aim to give you options which may support you, we make no claim that any of our products will help, heal or should be used for any specific condition. We are not physicians and do not give medical advice. For such advice, contact your healthcare provider.

By purchasing you are confirming that you are over 21 years of age and agree not to use this product on anyone under 21 years of age – doing so is at your own risk and liability.  

If you ever have a problem with your order, please contact us directly – we pride ourselves on our customer service and will do our best to help you.

Purchase and use of this product is at your own discretion and your own responsibility. When purchasing, you agree to hold harmless Magic City Organics in the event of any adverse effects or consequences arising from consumption and use.

Long term benefits and consequences of use are not yet established and the user assumes responsibility for this personal decision.

Magic City Organics sells full spectrum products from industrial hemp which are grown under license with the Industrial Hemp Program. All of our is industrial hemp is certified and under .3% THC. The THC levels in our products are always under .3% as required by the 2014 farm bill and as established as common practice and acceptance in most states. Take only as recommended on the product label. While we ship to all 50 states ordering and receiving this product is at your own risk.

Shipping Policy:

Every order will ship between 1-2 business days, and arrive within 3-8 business days. (COVID maybe affect ship times)

Default shipping is via USPS first class, Priority Flat Rate on some packages over 15 oz or if selected under shipping. 
After your package ships you will receive an email from us with your tracking number, when the order is out for delivery & once it’s delivered.

Orders are a flat rate shipping charge of $4.99 for under $50, free shipping on orders over $50.

USPS Shipping with Insurance & signature included is available for $8.

We will not replace or refund any package that is marked as “Delivered” according to the USPS tracking site. If your package is marked as delivered and does not show up, it is an issue with your local post office or theft, and is not the responsibility of Magic City Organics to replace or refund your items. We have the option available to you to add insurance or signature delivery on the checkout page.

If your package appears to be “lost” please contact us for steps to help you find your package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been scanned into the U.S Postal Service system. We have the option available to you to add insurance or signature delivery on the checkout page.


Return Policy:

We cannot guarantee how you will respond to CBD. We are unable to return or exchange products if they don’t give you the desired results.  However, if you are unhappy with your order we would love to talk with you & assist you to find something else at a discounted rate. (email: [email protected])

Any orders with damaged or defective products or orders missing items, we will either refund or ship another depending on your preference.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as drinks, edibles and prerolls cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the supplier.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: MCO Distribution, 701 37th Street South #10, Birmingham, AL 35222

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
