Shilajit has 80+ minerals in their bioavailable ionic form with the addition of fulvic acid that escorts minerals to the cell and releases once across the cell wall.
We launched the roots apothecary bioactive shilajit to support all protocols from high tension stress to fatigue dominated brain fog and literally every health and performance goal. Improving mineral uptake and utilization on a cellular level improves the stability and function of every mind-body system.
Fulvic acid has a weak bond to ionic minerals in shilajit. It's strong enough to prevent other compounds from bonding to ions in transit that would result in a salt bound form or oxalate that is not suitable for cellular processes, but weak enough to release with changing conditions inside the cell.
How could something that oozes from a rock at 16,000ft in the mountains be such a perfectly designed mineral supplement.

Recommended 5 pumps 1x-2x daily in water, tea, smoothie or other. Not recommended directly in your mouth, shilajit has a very strong smokey taste if taken directly without diluting.
Each bottle is 30 servings and will deliver a minimum of 200mg fulvic minerals. You can certainly take more in a day; it just depends on your current lifestyle and goals. On days when I'm doing a lot of physical labor and needing extra hydration, I will take 10x pumps 2x daily.
Fulvic Acid stabilizes and protects ionic minerals in transit to the cell and escorts them across the cell wall. Changing envornement inside the cell releases ionic minerals from the fulvic package. This dramatically improves mineral utilization on a cellular level.

16,000ft + High Elevation Himalayan Shilajit.
High-altitude Himalayan regions (like Ladakh and Gilgit-Baltistan) are traditionally recognized as the most potent sources of shilajit. At elevations above 16,000 ft, the Himalayan environment is less industrialized and more isolated which helps ensure lower airborne pollutants, pesticides, and heavy metal exposure resulting in a cleaner resin before purification even begins.
The extreme conditions at high altitudes intensify the breakdown of organic matter into shilajit over centuries. Shilajit from higher elevations have a higher potency of fulvic and humic acid, higher trace mineral density and more bioactive potential due to more concentrated organic matter.
Daily Detox Support.
Fulvic acid is a mild and effective detox supplement that binds to heavy metals inside and outside of cells and transports for elimination. Unlike harsh chelators (like EDTA), Fulvic acid does not deplete essential minerals or heavy burden detox organs. While there's certainly value in more aggressive binding during higher intensity detox protocols, shilajit is ideal for daily, supportive detoxification.
