Due to the strength of these gummies, one gummy should do the trick. However, for those with a higher tolerance the dosing is up to personal preference. Taking a gummy with food is not required but is recommended. Simply ingest your desired dose, and you're done! Depending on your body type, the gummy may take some time until you feel the full effects (usually 45 - 90 minutes).
