There is no one perfect dose but you should always start small. You can start with a small amount every few hours as you gradually activate your system.
More is not better. You can actually cause yourself to achieve a tolerance to CBD too quickly if you try to take too much from the start.
You’re better off gently dosing also called “micro dosing” and gradually upping your dosage until you find your sweet spot.
Occasionally, as you take CBD over time it’s good to take a break for a couple weeks to keep up the effectiveness as your tolerance can adapt and this is enough time to reset.
